bumcheekcend.ash - A zero setup semi-automated ascension script!

The version posted a few posts above this one should mark the castle as finished when it gets to level 10 and then abort so you can do it manually, If you rerun it after that it will move on as if the castle is done.
Or you can use the alias:

and then you can enter "bcasc_set casle" into the CLI and it should set it as done.

I'm running a recent SVN version but don't recall which one. I get a message about trying to adventure in an unreachable location. Finally figured out it is the HITS and it is unreachable because I forgot to get the rowboat replacement when I did the rest of the castle manually. One more thing to think of when implementing the new castle stuff. That said there were times before the castle revamp that BCCAscend tried to go to the HITS when it couldn't so maybe the prerequisite needs to be added and checked for.
 
Does anyone know why whenever I try to add an entry to Moods and it disappears after awhile?

For example, I am doing: When I run low on Phorcefulness, use either 1 philter of phorce, or 1 evil philter of phorce

This is under the bumcheekascend list.

pretty sure BCA creates/edits that mood throughout the run as it sees fit, which could include wiping away manual entires you've added.

Is there a css I am supposed to set up for Jalrsberg? I am always getting this, my hits.css has [default] WHAM.ash in it. Seems like I have to manually fight every monster...

spooky_mush, you'll need to set "doJarlAsCCS" to be true in the settings manager. Or the one that looks most like that - it's pretty near the bottom. I think the error message has changed to make that a little less confusing.
 
I have the option 'magic mysterious juice' ticked for MP restore, but for reason:

THanks for the reply, I set it to "true" on relay using the BUMse relay script.....Pretty much got the same thing

I replaced all the scripts, and its working now....Thanks so much.....:)

The second problem is easy to fix: Delete the bcsrelay_settings.txt file form your /data-folder and it should refix itself.

The first problem should go away if you download the SVN-version from just now.

I need help. I use the bumcheekascend v0.54 script, and whenever I try to run it, this happens:

" Bad location value; "Giant Castle" (bumcheekascend v0.54.ash, line 2467) "

Can anyone please help me fix this? Up to this point the script worked fine.

Nevermind, I think it did this because I needed a drum for the mariachis. We might want to change this, though, as the drop rate for the drum in the Fun House isn't that great. It would probably be faster to go to the Bat Hole for a broken skull and the Cyrpt for a skeleton bone to make a bone rattle.

There might be a bit of an issue with the tower item code I wrote. The script today started adventuring in the Fun House when I needed a skeleton bone for a skeleton key:

Thank you Winterbay, the first part was fixed and I downloaded the the newest SVN version. But now I'm getting another error and I don't know why. I was at the Macguffin when it started, and I finished the macguffin by hand and got to level 12, now it's doing it again.

What does "condition check" in the CLI give you then? It may be that a condition has become "stuck" for whatever reason. Doing parts manually can lead to that even though goals should be cleared every time the script sets its own.
