In the Main Adventure Tab, in the 'Action:' dropdown list, the 4/10/2008 Pastamancer Appreciation Day updated combat skills aren't available for Pastamancers, specifically the skills 'Ravioli Shurikens', 'Cannelloni Cannon', and 'Stuffed Mortar Shell'.
Found in release 6096, but I was able to reproduce in 12.4, as well.
