Feature - Rejected Autoheal at some number (instead of percentage)

It's not all that often that increasing your max HP also increases the amount of HP you need to survive. More often you think "the monsters here deal that much damage, so if I go in with this much HP I'm good".

Marking will not implement. This is basically a personal preference and using percentages rather than absolute numbers is just too embedded in code and scripts to make this an easy or simple change.
