Feature Add time's arrow to buffbot

It would be cool if when someone sent a time's arrow to a buffbot the buffbot could use it on them. Like a buff request but triggered when a single arrow is sent.

This can be done via scripts already. Adding such a feature to Mafia would require a considerable extension to how kmails are handled, I think.

EDIT: maybe it wouldn't need that much of a change, actually. It's the first time I look at the Buffbot Manager code, and maybe it wouldn't be that complicated to add.

Of course, it's still possible to do with a script, but that might be incompatible with running in buffbot mode.

Well, he's talking buffbots, which already have special code in them to handle kmail.

I'm guessing a script won't work on the buffbot because running a looping script would likely mess up the running buffbot.

A Mr. A to whoever implements this. It has to be part of the regular buffbot manager so it is processed as part of the regular buffing routine.
