    Bug - Fixed Party Hat can only be purchased on Festival of Jarlsberg

    r9251 Modifier maximizer is suggesting to "buy & equip" party hat. Today (and yesterday when it also occurred) is not the Festival of Jarlsberg. Attempting to "equip all" or "exec selected" on the hat line fails in HC.
