Feature Zombie Master(/Slayer) - Wandering Hunter windows?

Would it be possible to add tracking windows for the wandering hunters in the Zombie Master path? Their behavior per the wiki is as follows:
* When you level up, if you aren't being hunted, then the next hunter up starts hunting you; start a (L, 3L) window for it (where L is that hunter's level: 2-6 turns for Norville, 3-9 turns for Peacannon, etc.) (note that if you jump straight from say lvl 1 to lvl 5, you'll still hit the lvl 2 hunter first)
* When you kill a hunter, if you are a higher level than than hunter was, then the next hunter starts hunting you, again in a (L, 3L) window
* When you lose to / run from a hunter, then that same hunter reappears in 10-15 turns

The hunters by level are:
Level 2: Norville Rogers
Level 3: Peacannon
Level 4: Scott the Miner
Level 5: Father McGruber
Level 6: Herman East, Relivinator
Level 7: Angry Space Marine
Level 8: Deputy Nick Soames & Earl
Level 9: Father Nikolai Ravonovich
Level 10: Charity the Zombie Hunter
Level 11: Special Agent Wallace Burke Corrigan
Level 12: Hank North, Photojournalist
Level 13: Rag-tag band of survivors
Level 14: Wesley J. "Wes" Campbell
Level 15: The Free Man

Bumping/re-requesting this, with additional details:
* The hunters appear to function like the arrow/wink wanderers, in that, if you're due a hunter, you need to first visit an adv.php location in order to start the countdown towards the next hunter's window.
* There's an additional wanderer, a zombie-huntin' feller, who shows up 90-100 turns into every 2nd day, starting day 2

Thanks for all the work y'all have done to make this game playable!
