Bug - Fixed Remaining x-ray uses aren't correctly tracked.

Hello (First bug report so please let me know if I've done anything wrong)

I've had a script break today because the `_chestXRayUsed` wasn't correctly updating. I had used all the X-rays but mafia thought I still had uses remaining. This was fixed when I used `set _chestXRayUsed=3` to bypass it. I've attached the log here, I'm uncertain of what caused this tracking to be lost.

Edited from log examination. Looks like it was used to kill Ron Copperhead, and that wasn't counted because it wasn't a free kill? I had to trim down the log since it wasn't being uploaded. Included are all the successful uses.
