* Prune old jars in when building with gradle

* Force gradlew to always use unix line endings

* Add line ending to end of file

* Delete -M if not dirty, etc

Not working as I expected. I updated and built. Using GitHub, git and gradlew.bat shadowJar incase this is a process problem.

hm, okay maybe it's a window thing I was testing on unix. I'll look at it again after work.

Slight chance it is also a learning error with me and git. I can help but I'm not to the point where I understand how to pull your push so I can run locally.

Never mind. I just built 25708 and it cleaned out what was there before. Most likely cause is I thought I had updated locally and hadn't.
