Using Polar Vortex blasted loose one of the items from the monster that didn't burn up in a max Wildfire zone.
Using Foam 'Em Up displayed this in the relay browser:

You spray your foe down with foam, rendering it both comical and immobile.

The foamy spray causes it to slip and slide and prevents them from acting normally.

There's another skill "Constricted Blast" but, according to a post in the Forums of Loathing, it may only be available in the Bat Hole.
