Multiple Mafia Windows

I've been using kolmafia for a while now, but I realised that I can't open more than two windows of kolmafia... why is that? Any way to get around this?

Put briefly, it's to avoid possible instances of corruption -- if two instances of mafia are editing the same files (e.g. preferences) at the same time, those files could get corrupted. You'd get around it by using multiple copies in different directories, I guess. Possibly also different builds. I don't remember off-hand.

It is on purpose. However, the actual reason is to discourage running multiple farming bots at the same time.
