Currently, in the "Which Door?" noncombat adventure (choice adventure number 1261), when you choose "Door #1" (the first option), _villainLairProgress increments by 5. It SHOULD be incrementing by 10 (despite the in-game text), per SSBB's spading a few months ago.

Bump, and another small LTA-specific issue: mafia regularly doesn't recognize the L10 quest as being finished. Is this a matter of not recognizing the council's text? Specifically, they say
