Feature - Implemented Use chest of the Bonerdagon before ascending

Now that the chest can't be used when you first get it in a B run, it would be nice to at least get that 3000 meat before jumping through the gash. I just realized that I forgot to use it at the end of my last run. Patch attached for that.

Yah. I'm a little worried that I might forget about it also. 3000 meat isn't a lot in aftercore, but it is more than we get from autoselling paper strips.
