As IceColdFever reported on the BCC relay thread, relay_ files aren't working if you have a master override set, though I swear they were working when I tested them and amused myself with mutilating their data is all sorts of interesting ways. Anyways, here's a patch that makes requests that begin with relay_ skip the master override. Compiled and verified that it did properly work, though the master override was still properly running on the actual server pages. If there's any flag we have between server/local pages, that would probably be useful...
