Bug - Fixed banana peel not discarded or recognised as discarded

In the mafia interface, using a banana peel doesn't discard it but deducts one from the internal count.

Discarding a banana peel from the inventory using the relay browser doesn't get noticed by mafia, the internal count persists.

The discard from inventory in relay browser is (now) recognised.
