Feature Unhook chef and bartender in Item Manager

With Inigo's, I've started not pulling a chef, which means I have one, but not the other. This messes up the checkbox "Requires in-a-boxes". I would much prefer two checkboxen; one for requiring a chef; the other for requiring the bartender.

I would also make use of this setting to decouple the boxen usage.

Wow! All this time I thought the check WAS separate per box, oops! It would be great if this were decoupled.
