Feature - Implemented spookyraven manor quest: step3 detection

little patch I made that detect when you're at step3 for the spookyraven manor cellar (i.e. "you blew up a hole in the brick wall leading to the summoning chamber) whenever you visit the cellar.

I thought of doing this after noticing that mafia didn't register me using the mortar-dissolving solution, somehow. (sadly, I realized it way too late, so I couldn't use the browser history to go back and check if that was due to the message changing, or something else...)

It's been a while, but: now tested. (Blew the wall, then set the property back to step2 and went back in manor4)
