Bug - Fixed Adventurous Spelunker record indicates it deals no physical damage

should be returning true. as it can attack and deal physical damage

I hope this is as simple as the following patch:

Changing familiars.txt from:
-193 Adventurous Spelunker spelunker.gif item0,meat0,drop Professor of Spelunkology Stembridge sidearm 3 3 3 3 hands,clothes,eyes

Into this:
+193 Adventurous Spelunker spelunker.gif combat0,item0,meat0,drop Professor of Spelunkology Stembridge sidearm 3 3 3 3 hands,clothes,eyes

Which results in the following:

Returned: true

I want to add a bunch of attributes spaded by excavator to familiars.txt, so I will just do this as part of that
