Bug auto-creation failures when choice follows fight

Verifying ingredients for reassembled blackbird (1)...
Creating reassembled blackbird (1)...
Creation failed, no results detected.

This happened b/c the phone in my doctor's bag rang on the same turn. I imagine the same could happen with other auto-creations as well. And possibly when chaining fights with the professor?

Similar to the issue that was resolved a while back with clovers not getting disassembled when they dropped during a choice_follows_fight situation.

Huh. Yeah, this is a special case coding thing, as implemented. Need to rethink auto-creation in order to solve it once and for all.
