Bug - Fixed Lights Out in the Conservatory handling improperly advances quest

I've been trying to figure out for a while why Stephen Spookyraven's tracking was wrongly putting him in the billiard's room. It turns that the phrase used to detect his advance "an engraved portrait of Crumbles" appears in both the success and the failure messages in the haunted conservatory. Obviously picking a later phrase will make things work better. The rest appear okay to me.

I also noticed that it put him in the Nursery after I was done with him. Turns out there is no failure message in the Bedroom; you still find the note from Lady Spookyraven talking about his medical kit.

Revision 20189 checks for a unique message in the conservatory and, all over, checks that you have not finished the appropriate half of the Spookyraven children quest.
I suppose it could check that you were not already past the particular room,, but don't have it set up like a normal quest, with steps and finished.
