Bug - Fixed makePocketWishesSoftcore doesn't check for genie bottle

Genie bottle was in Hagnk's. Mafia doesn't seem to consider the possibility of the bottle being there (may be also true for closet?).

It only checks if the genie bottle is accessible. A technical term: in inventory or in storage after Ronin, or other places like the closet which you can configure under Item Acquisition.

A single line fix is to add a call to retrieveItem before trying to use it.
