New Content - Implemented More space for tickling!

I've been seeing this my last few runs when using a mangled finger. It appears there are now 2 spaces between the "It Tickles!" in the effect name whereas, statuseffects.txt (and other places?), only has a single space.

I see that in the effect description. Wondering why checkeffects does not show the difference? Investigating...

Perhaps you are the first KoLmafia user to eat a mangled finger.

Revision 19856 fixes the effect name and fixes checkeffects (and checkitems) to allow us to detect effects (and items) with actual double spaces in the names.

My after adventure code has been using them when they drop for quite a while...but I only recently noticed mafia thought it was a new effect. So I think an extra space must have been added to it somewhat recently? Anyhow...thank you!
