Feature - Implemented Copperhead Club environmental effect should have a preference

By using a crappy fake waiter disguise and adventuring in the Copperhead Club, you can set an 'environmental effect' for the club to be one of three values (gong, ice, lantern), from its default value of none. Whatever environmental effect you set will last until you change it, or until you ascend (which resets it to none).
By adding a preference for this that keeps track of what the currently-set effect is, scripts would be better able to know whether they need to change this effect.

Good idea.

Bumping to page 1.

This would be super easy to add, since you set/change/disable the effect in a choice 855 - Behind the 'Stache
