New Content - Implemented VYKEA Companions

Looks like we get a NPE whenever we try to use $vykea[none] on the left-hand side from trying to invoke compareTo, or whenever we try to use $vykea[none] on the right-hand side, when compareTo throws a NPE, since Value.content is null in that case. Hoping that the fix is just a one-line change in DataTypes.java.

I've finished tweaking all the code for this and I am happy with it. As of revision 16484, I think this is complete.
If KoL adds the VYKEA companion to api.php, we'll do that New Content.

Thank you. I'm updating ChIT to use your VYKEA support instead of having to parse the charpane constantly to get that information.
