The Clan VIP room has been remodeled with the addition of a second floor. Visiting it curretnly causes mafia to dump a debug log. I won't bother including one, since it is easily reproducible. Maybe the next IotM will be a clan VIP room item?

15785 fixes the NPE, but there's more to be done for this.
