Actually, the title does not say it all. Let me correct this for you.
"KoL changed the skill number for the Smile of Mr. A. When it did that, it renamed the old skill to The Old Old Smile of Mr. A. There is no way to cast that skill, but, unfortunately, a KoL bug (which I have reported, although my report has been met, so far, with crickets) lists it on your Character Sheet. Since KoLmafia reads the Character Sheet to decide what skills are available to you, it erroneously thinks you can cast that skill and, since we did not have special handling to get around this KoL bug, thinks it is available to be permed."
Putting in temporary code to get around (reported, even if ignored) KoL bugs irritates me.
