I just realized this. They still display a special glyph - presumably randomized per player, as before - but the effect granted is no longer random. So, my multi for whom the dusty bottle of Port used to be the "great" wine was surprised to find that it was now Vinegar - even though it retained the same glyph when examined with Lord Spookyraven's spectacles.
We no longer need to identify dusty bottles.
We no longer need lastDustyBottleReset and lastDustyBottle2271 - lastDustyBottle2276
I suppose we could keep the "dusty" command, but it would generate hard-coded data.
We should/must not munge the effects based on the per-ascension glyph.
inebriety.txt should be updated to reflect the (fixed) effects of each kind of wine.
etc.
