The item drop bonus from a Fancypants Scarecrow with Spangly Mariachi Pants is not showing up in r14126.
I downgraded to r14124, and it's working in that version.
Steps to reproduce:
Have a fancypants scarecrow
equip spangly mariachi pants on it
note lack of change in reported item drop bonus
(This may affect the hatrack as well, but I don't have one of those to test.)
