Removing items from junk/singleton list?

How do I do this? I don't want the frat/hippy fatigues or items to be sold off

Click Item Filters, then the list (say Cleanup), then the item you want, and hit the delete key.
Alternatively, go to the data folder and edit the file itemflags.txt

Oh duh, should have tried that. Here I am using the right click menu for everything
