Feature - Rejected Allow Lair Entryway after Bugbear Invasion run

You can open the sea after a BI run by completing the NS Lair's entryway and gaining the scuba gear. Except, mafia won't let you.

You get past the actual entryway freely. But you need to do the keys and instruments to arm the stone mariachis.

You don't actually need to arm the mariachis to access the Sea, do you? Just do the three Legend key-doors for the three fish parts and paste the scuba?

Correct.

As the tower has been revamped, we no longer have the entryway CLI command, so this should be rejected.
