I need yet another bot - reward will be given

I need a script for my buffbot, that will post messages in /c trade every 5 minutes, telling people what I offer. I've seen this done before with the character Loan. I will give a 250k reward to whoever gives me or tells me how to make this script.

It can't be done in mafia, the framework that most of the bots involving chat use is pyKoL, which you would need to learn python to use. Mafia specifically disables almost all chat functionality in scripts.

Ok, well is there a simple Python line of code that would allow me to do this without learning the whole Python Programming Language???
