Feature - Implemented Uneffect Overconfident

Overconfident is an intrinsic buff you can toggle on/off by casting the Boris skill Pep Talk.

However if you try to uneffect overconfident you get "Overconfident is an intrinsic and cannot be removed."

Would it be possible to have uneffect cast Pep Talk to remove Overconfident?

Plus also, or instead of, could an uneffect link be added to Overconfident in the relay browser? It'd be just like the cast more button for other buffs.

Revision 10806 should let you do "uneffect Overconfident" (or the equivalent from the skill buff frame) and have it cast Pep Talk. This is untested. You test it for me!

I like the idea of some sort of shrug off link in the charpane, but we currently have no charpane decorations for Intrinsics. I do have a function - charPaneDecorator.decorateIntrinsics() - intended for such things, but it is currently empty. It will take me a couple more Boris runs before I get very far into the Combat tree, but when I do, I'll look into this at that time.
