Sparkling Orb, one of the new Spleen items is marked in mafia and on the wiki as only dropping from the Sub-Assistant Knob Mad Scientist in Outskirts of Cobb's Knob.
I have just had it drop from the Knob Goblin Very Mad Scientist in Cobb's Knob Laboratory. I've updated the wiki page for the item to indicate it drops from this monster also, but dont know how to go about adding it to the Very Mad Scientist in mafia (and dont have a drop rate for it either). In case it matters, it was listed after/below the cobbs knob menagerie key.
