Bug - Fixed remove "Insults:" info from new hidden temple content

Kolmafia appends the insults you have learned to all "pirate" monsters, one of which is now the "stone temple pirate" in the new hidden temple content just added. I fixed it so it now excludes the stone temple pirate from the "Insult" logic. Patch is against r10810, tested both against the STP monster to verify it no longer shows, and against the regular pirates to make sure they still show. And yes, I tried the big book o' pirate insults against the STP monster, and it unsurprisingly didn't work. :)

I wonder if it would make sense to check monster phylum instead of monster name. Maybe not while it's as simple as excluding a single monster name.

Tangentially, should mafia even bother after passing beer pong? (for example, with all pirates on the f'cl'e itself)

stdoodle: :) Exactly why I tried, figured someone was going to ask.

xkiv: shrug. happy to rework the patch further if it makes sense, I just noticed the STP with the insult and figured I'd fix it.
