Bug - Fixed r10673 - Ferocity (Boris skill) gives wrong bonus

Ferocity, one of the Avatar of Boris skills, gives a 5% bonus chance to critical hits. However, mafia reports the bonus as a 5x bonus instead of 5%

Yes, there is.

In short, there's a base 9% chance of getting a critical hit. +#% bonuses increase that 9%, while the highest #x bonus then multiplies that (9% +#%) rate.
