KoLmafia is refusing to cast Turtle Tamer buffs just because I do not have a turtle totem.
However, the weak Smith's Tome was powered up! Now the Ouija Board, Ouija Board will give 7 turns of a Turtle Tamer buff even if you do not have a turtle totem in inventory.
