I just finished the Nuns with a faxed brigand while wearing the frat warrior outfit, after having recovered most of the money in a war hippy outfit. Normal Nuns-trick.
I went back to the Mysterious Island, and noticed that the nunnery did not have a nice red F on it; when I switched to my war hippy outfit (it was not accessible as a frat warrior yet) and visited it, the sister asked if I wanted a massage and Mafia then showed the F label.
The speech given by the Sister when you've recovered all the meat identifies which side got the credit for the quest; either "Stop by whenever you need healing," if you were a war hippy, or "Stop by whenever you're feeling tense," if you completed it as a frat warrior.
Fairly minor thing, as you can update Mafia by going to the nunnery without the Frat Warrior outfit, but I can see some people being thrown off.
