Bug - Fixed Maximiser doesn't suggest Ben-Gal Balm to increase Muscle

On 10860, was working on 10855 yesterday, Ben-Gal Balm isn't being recommended to increase Muscle or HP. The equivilent items for Mox and Myst are, so maybe it's a TM thing.

In HC Boris, have enough meat to buy it, am not running the effect (and Mafia agrees that I'm not).

How much base muscle do you have?

EDIT: Nevermind, I managed to test this and it doesn't work for me either.

I understand why my change in r10861 was a bad one, but I don't get why it caused items like ben-gal balm to not be considered anymore.

Oh well.
