Bug Mafia prevents use of Platinum Yendorian Express Card in DG

In r26943

have an ash alias in mafia for pulling a PYEC from clan stash, using it, and returning it.

Am currently in Dark Gyffte Post-Ronin - when utilising the above alias, it correctly pulls it, but posts the below message to the gcli:

(usable quantity of Platinum Yendorian Express Card is limited to 0 by uselessness in this path)

however, using it manually within the web interface uses it normally, giving all standard effects.

Whilst the MP regen from it is useless in DG (and I presume this is why it has been disabled), it is my opinion that the zapwand refresh and bonus effect turns are also reasons one might want to use a pyec, hence labelling this a bug.
