Bug - Not A Bug Level up link to council gone?

When I level up (to level 8, in this case), it says:

You gain a Level! [guild]

Goiing through the revisions, it looks like this was added/changed in 10548, but it also says its supposed to offer a link to the council when below lvl13, but I'm only getting the link to the guild.

What version are you running? I had a bug which would omit the "council" link, but I fixed that in Revision 10576.
It has worked perfectly for me since then.

Hmm, you're right, it was 10570. I was hanging back a few revisions when I was seeing reports of people not being able to log in, and didn't realize it was THAT far behind. Feel free to disregard.
