When I try to use a milk of magnesium at the end of the day I get the warning message, "usable quantity of milk of magnesium is limited to 0 by a wizard" I want to use a milk of magnesium so I have the effect when I eat the next day. Previous versions of Mafia allowed this, why not the newer versions?

If it was doing that for you before, then that was the bug. If you try to start eating the next day without milk (through mafia), it will ask if you're sure you want to eat without milk active, so forgetting shouldn't be an issue.
