Bug Instakill clingy monsters are not counted as part of adv requests?

If you get a drunk pygmy (or presumably, any free fight that automatically ends on round 1) that is clingy, it will not properly count as part of your adv request.
So when I try to line up my pygmy fights, I get something like this:
