Bug - Fixed If you log out while in Valhalla, mafia can't log you back in again

So, I hit prism after my cloverless hcnp run and when I didn't see Bad Moon unlocked, I logged out to double-check my logs for inadvertant clover use. Now mafia cannot log that character in. r10239 mafia hangs on "sending login request...". will not open the cli.

I wonder when that broke? I worked hard - and tested thoroughly - to get that to work correctly, a while ago.

"A while ago" was before the Valhalla revamp, apparently; the code checks for valhalla.php, but the current page is afterlife.php.
Try revision 10249.

Turns out there was an additional issue. Revision 10330 fixes it.
