New Content - Implemented Equipping a shirt throws mafia into an error state

Thanks to the new Shirt update, now when mafia attempts to equip a shirt, the "Letter for Melvign the Gnome" drops out.

Unfortunately that causes mafia to enter an error state for some reason and it also forgets that you possess the shirt.

This happens only once per ascension and then you are good until you ascend again.

Try r13853, it wasn't recognising "A letter falls out of a pocket of the shirt as you put it on." as a success message.
