Doesn't seem to work from mafia, when using from the main interface the cli reports it is used, but the effect isn't in current effects (and the item isn't in fact consumed)
When used from ash the same issue occurs.
Works fine from the relay browser.
its possible this is just for me, but I don't think so, I downloaded latest build and ran clean (let mafia create all relevant files) and it still does it.
