Bug - Cannot Reproduce Daily Deeds usage not updating in Slow and Steady path

When I do stuff from the Daily Deeds panel, the appropriate actions get run but KoLmafia's GUI isn't updating to reflect usage. For example, the Breakfast button is still clickable. Free rests counter stays at 0 no matter how much I tell it to rest, etc. I am in Slow and Steady, running KoLmafia r14517 on Java 8u20 on (Mac) OS X.

Works fine for me on Java 7u55 on (Mac) OS X.

I am not on Slow and Steady, but it is hard to imagine how that could be relevant.

I've seen it a few times where Daily Deeds failed to update as things changed. This was with some version of Java 7 (currently on 55, so nothing later than that), and I have no idea what caused it. I haven't seen it happen in a while.

That isn't much information to go on to figure out what needs fixing though.
