I know that concoctions.txt has all of the requirements regarding skills, days, etc... Are these actually available directly in mafia, or only by running file_to_map?
If possible I'd like to parse creation availability based on buying ingredients from the mall or pulling them from storage, which I believe doesn't currently count towards creatable_amount.
