Chat logger?

So, I like to know who's actually being active and chatting in my /clan channel, and who isn't, but I can't always be at my computer, watching.

I'd love to be able to place a KoL mafia bot inside the channel, and have it add people's name to a list everytime they chat.

Would this be possible? Can someone make this?

Mafia creates chat logs in the directory named "chats", you'd just need to parse them.

How would I just create a simple list of everyone's name who had spoken?
