Bug - Fixed appearance_rates queue affected by crystal ball is incorrect when ball taken off

appearance_rates(loc,true) shows 100 for the predicted monster and 0 for others, once the crystal ball is taken off it shows 0 for the predicted monster too and still 0 for others,

example in The Haunted Laundry Room (3 monsters, plaid ghost, cabinet of Dr. Limpieza, possessed laundry press): on first turn in the location banish possessed laundry press, plaid ghost is predicted by crystal ball

with default queue argument false, appearance_rates results always seems correct:
appearance_rates($location[The Haunted Laundry Room]) returns expected values, positive ones are 50 for plaid ghost and 50 for cabinet of Dr. Limpieza

with queue argument true, appearance_rates reflects crystal ball prediction:
while crystal ball is equipped appearance_rates($location[The Haunted Laundry Room],true) returns 100 for plaid ghost and 0 for cabinet of Dr. Limpieza
unequip crystal ball, now appearance_rates($location[The Haunted Laundry Room],true) returns 0 for plaid ghost and 0 for cabinet of Dr. Limpieza (expected result here is probably 20 for plaid ghost and 80 for cabinet of Dr. Limpieza or something like that because plaid ghost has entered queue)

Crystal ball tracking is not fully up to date but it should not pertain to this
