Bug - Fixed Apathy can't be removed by anti-anti-antidote

When use command "uneffect Apathy":

Code: 
Apathy will be removed by item anti-anti-antidote...
Using 1 anti-anti-antidote...
Finished using 1 anti-anti-antidote.

But Apathy can't be uneffect by anti-anti-antidote.
