Feature An Active Counter tab

It would be nice to see all the active counters in one location without having to drop down to a web browser. I often want to know what my semirare counter and shore counters are. Having all of them on a tab, or a screen on the of the adventure overview list would be useful.

Well, you CAN currently type "counters" into the gCLI tab to see them, but... I suppose it could be argued that the Active Effects list could be expanded to be Active Effects and Counters or something similar, since both of those are the sets that live together in the relay browser.
